Access

No account or email address is required. The site does not load third-party analytics or set tracking cookies. Your browser stores the selected modality and, for Prime Editing Build, a private project token and recent job IDs in local storage. Clearing site data removes this browser's saved access to those PE jobs.

Prime Editing job status and design results require the project token. Do not share a project token or a private result link unless you intend to give the recipient access. Short calculation result URLs are bearer links too, but their results are held only by the current web process and are lost on restart.

Processing and storage

Uploaded FASTQ files used by the standard counting and QC endpoints are processed in temporary server directories for that request. Prime Editing design inputs, worker outputs, and job state are retained in the server's private runtime volume so a completed job can be reopened after a web restart. The public service does not currently advertise an automatic deletion period for those retained PE files.

HTTPS protects browser-to-server transport. Normal web-server access logs may record request metadata such as time and IP address. Do not submit patient identifiers or other sensitive personal data to this public service.

For software installation details, see Local deployment. The MIT License covers software use; it is not a promise about uploaded-data retention.
